Our Team

Dr. Brian M Kreutz

I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Saint Louis University with an emphasis in pre-health studies, then went onto Creighton University to receive my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. I spent my life growing up in Peoria, IL and St. Louis, MO and moved to Kentucky in 2013. I’m married to my college sweetheart, Leanne (Lexington-native) and we have one daughter, Gianna.

I started Bluegrass Smiles in 2015 with the goal of having a patients-first practice; an office truly focused on comprehensive care and patient education. I can't thank the Georgetown community enough for welcoming me with open arms and look forward to building relationships here that will last for years to come.

When outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, golfing(when the ball goes straight), playing basketball and going on runs with my dogs, Toby & Milo. I’m an avid sports fan and always willing to discuss the recent on-goings of any sport, especially UK!

Michelle Conrad Lawrence

Hi! I was born and raised in Georgetown, KY. I'm a 1995 graduate of Lexington Community College where I earned an Associates Degree in Applied Science and am a Registered Dental Hygienist. I've worked in this private practice for 25 years (4 of which were as a part time receptionist while in college). The past 21 years, I've provided quality care, a thorough assessment of findings, treatment planning, if needed- delivery of local anesthesia and nitrous oxide, prophylatic debridement, combined together with patient education and oral hygiene instruction. I take great pride in being a dental healthcare provider.

Fun facts: My husband (Lewis) and I have been married 19 years and have two amazing children. Jenna is 16 years old and Myles is 12 years old. If asked how I spend my free time I'll probably say at the baseball/softball fields watching my kids play ball.

Arnetta Russell Hayes

Hello, my name is Arnetta Hayes. I was born and raised in Eastern Kentucky, where I attended Prestonsburg Community College. In 1995, I transferred to The Ohio State University where I obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene with specialization in community health. I have 17 years of experience as a dental hygienist. I moved to Georgetown in 2005 and have worked in this office since 2007; providing patient education and comprehensive care to each of our patients.

I love what I do and enjoy getting to know my patients. I have been married for 19 years to Pete and we have 2 children. Ethan is 15 years old and is my easy going tuba player. Sydney is 10 years old and is my softball playing sassy, wild child. Both have their unique personalities and there is never a dull moment!

Susan ReiD

Hello, my name is Susan Reid. I was born and raised in Georgetown.  I have been in the dental field for about 17 years now. I graduated from Lexington Community College earning my Associates Degree in Applied Science to become a Registered Dental Hygienist. However, I enjoy the administrative side of Dentistry as well so I've spent most of my years in dentistry working as an office manager. My hope is to make our patient's dental experience as smooth as possible. I am happy to answer any financial or insurance questions to help our patients understand and maximize their benefits and to explain all financial options.

Fun Facts: I have been married for 15 years to my awesome husband Jack and we have 2 beautiful daughters, Reagan (7) and Taylor (11). Our 2 little ones keep us busy either at the softball fields, or with gymnastics and dance. Music is one of my passions, so any spare time I have I enjoy singing and playing the piano.

Alishia Pugh

Hey! I'm Alishia, Dr. K's right hand. My journey in the dental world began in 2002, when my dentist at the time took a chance hiring me (a 17 year old with no dental experience) as a hygiene assistant. A little overwhelmed at first, I quickly developed a desire to learn and understand as much as possible about dentistry. That profound desire continues to fuel me to this day. It has become a personal challenge for me to consider every day as a God-given opportunity to learn and grow. Over the years I have had the pleasure of serving many roles, both clinical and clerical, within a dental office. These experiences motivated me to seek a position that would allow me to utilize both skill sets. I'm so happy I've finally found my niche here at Bluegrass Smiles!

When I'm not at the office, I'm busy with my second job as a momma. I've been blessed with two amazing kiddos that keep me on my toes.

Thank you for taking the time to read a little about me. Hopefully I will get the chance to know you :)
